A digitally signed deed means signed using a Certification Authority such as Docusign or AdobeSign (in the context of stamping below).

We can stamp digitally signed deeds if:
  1. the deed is kept purely as an electronic deed;
  2. there are no hard copies signed pen to paper; and
  3. all parties have agreed to and used this form of signing to execute the deed.

The Victorian SRO accepts scans of wet ink signatures. Do not post deed to us - upload below.

If your NSW trust deed has been signed pen to paper, you can still order your stamping through us using this form. While we still need you to send the original signed deed into our office for stamping, this form allows you to declare the state of execution, make payment and upload trustee's IDs which will expedite the stamping process once the deed has been received by us.

Per Revenue NSW requirements, we can only accept an executed deed electronically if it has been digitally signed. Scanned copies of pen to paper signatures will not be accepted. For more information click here.

If the Trustees are individuals, we will require certified copies of their identification sent in with the Deed to be Stamped.

If the trust was executed using pen to paper,
please post the original signed deed to:

Post: PO Box 1714
Neutral Bay NSW 2089 - or
Courier Only:Level 1, 9-11 Grosvenor Street,
Neutral Bay NSW 2089

We cannot accept a photocopy or a scan of the signed deed as an original.

If you would rather order your stamping at the time of lodging your deed, please complete this order form and send to the above address along with the signed deed, payment, and if necessary the Trustees certified identification.

In Victoria the State Revenue Office fees are 200.00 (for Bare Trusts there is no fee).

Patricia Holdings will endeavour to have your deed stamped with Victorian SRO within one business day of receiving the deed or payment (whichever comes last). The certificate of duty will not be released by Victorian SRO until they receive payment from us via Bpay. This can take 3-5 days. Once released, we will email you the certificate of duty. This certificate should be kept with the deed at all times.
